Control Cabinets and Electrical Panel Assembly
Custom engineering, assembly, and testing of electrical control panels and automation cabinets based on project requirements.
Assembly of Control and Automation Cabinets
Our assembly shop is oriented toward manufacturing control panels for various process equipment based on electrical diagrams. Assembly includes mounting cabinets for pumps, fans, and valves, as well as PLC-based automation panels. All works are performed in compliance with project documentation, which requires subsequent electrical installation works at the site. We source robust metal enclosures and panels with appropriate IP protection ratings.
- Assembling pump and fan control panels.
- Manufacturing automation cabinets with PLCs.
- Assembling power distribution panel boards.
Internal Component Layout and Wiring
Mounting components inside the enclosure requires high accuracy and strict compliance with layout rules. Specialists install circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and terminals on mounting plates and DIN rails. Professional tools are used for connections, and wire ends are prepared by stripping and crimping with sleeves. Subsequent PLC programming depends on this wiring. Neat routing of wire ducts inside the panels prevents electromagnetic interference between lines.
- Arranging circuit breakers, contactors, and relays.
- Marking wires and terminal blocks per drawings.
- Stripping and crimping wire ends with sleeves.
Connection and Assembly Checks
Every assembled cabinet undergoes internal connection and assembly checks to verify quality. Engineers check the mounting of all elements, terminal screw torques, and the absence of short circuits in power and control paths. Checking assembly against schematics is a mandatory stage before delivery, which facilitates subsequent process control systems design. This quality control process helps prevent connection errors during site installation.
- Verifying terminal screw tightness in panels.
- Testing power and control circuit continuity.
- Checking wire markers against schematics.
Integration with the Wider Control System
Integrating cabinets into a single system involves connecting external power cables and instrumentation lines. Signals from field sensors and actuators are terminated at the cabinet terminals. Correct connection of external wiring ensures stable data transmission from the cabinet to controllers, allowing operators to monitor the process safely. We ensure that all shield connections are properly grounded to maintain signal integrity.
- Connecting external field cables to terminals.
- Terminating signals from process sensors.
- Verifying signal path to control units.
